Utilizing various qualities of touch and elemental touch qualities of earth (deep and static), water (fluid and flow), fire (dynamic and movement), air (light and etheric). When combining the different approaches of touch to the body, we can open the pathways to receive more balance on energetic, physical, and emotional levels.
This course will offer something sacred and unique, bringing us all together to create a community (unity of purpose) of spiritual seekers as we explore touch but also as we mediate, sing, move our bodies and pray together.
